Winemaking: Pacheca Reserve Port is a Port wine resulting from a blend of different wines aged 6 or 8 years the youngest and 10 years the oldest. The ageing process of these wines was done in wooden barrels to promote a greater oxygenation.

Tasting Notes: The ageing in wooden barrels to promote a greater oxygenation turn the original red colour in to amber tones. The flavour is enriched by a combination of nuts, dried fruits and the aromas of red fruits.
Store and Serve Advices: The bottle should be kept upright, protected from light and humidity, at a constant temperature of 16ºC-18ºC. It is ready for drinking and does not require decanting. Serve between 14ºC-16ºC. Once open, it should be consumed within 4 weeks.
Food Pairing: It pairs well with soft cheeses, chocolate desserts and fruit pies.
