Ideal for couscous and cake. How to prepare: place the rice flakes in a bowl. Add water slowly, mixing until the dough becomes loose, and salt to taste. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and then place it in the couscous dish without compressing it. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove and serve with your favourite accompaniment.
