Topiteu Vegetarian "Alheira" Sausage

This is an innovative smoked sausage, developed for those who want to savour sausages but have removed animal protein and fat from their diet.

Its colour is due to the mushrooms (Pleurotos and Agaricus) and green asparagus base.

Composition:

Mushrooms (45%), wheat bread (WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast) (31%), cooking syrup (11%), green asparagus (6%), extra virgin olive oil (5%), spices (1%), salt (1%).

Store between 0ºC and 5ºC.
