Paio de Lombo is a noble and exclusive SEL product, produced from the loin of the Alentejo Pork. It has a mild but persistent aroma, highlights the traditional Alentejo seasonings, has a consistent texture but very tender and juicy, looks very marbled reddish, well combined with the pinkish-light orange fat. It is not a very fibrous product and has a very little salty taste. Ingredients: Pork loin (Origin: EU) (94%), water, salt, garlic, chili paste, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate), spices. Stuffed in artificial casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
