Known as the "Alentejo bacon", it is obtained from the pork belly, which reveals an intense, cured and persistent aroma. With a fatty and a ruby, shiny marbled appearance, this product has a mild smoky flavor, not very salty and slightly acidic. Ingredients: Pork (Origin: EU) (90%), water, salt, chili paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
