With a tender and juicy texture derived from its double crushing, prepared in a traditional way. Delicate flavor with light peppery notes. Feeling of fluidity and softness in contact with the mouth. FUET SEL is characterized by its delicacy, conferred by the minced selection of the meat and the contribution of fat infiltrated into the muscles of the Alentejano Pig, which gives rise to a very harmonious, intense flavour with a unique aroma.

On the surface: Penicillium spores. Thickener: (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), supported with dextrose. Stuffed in natural casing.
