Traditional in Paraguay, the tasty chipas are very similar to Brazilian cheese bread. The recipe also uses tapioca starch, but has less fat in the dough and much more cheese. With this method of preparation, the chips acquire a unique charm: the biscuit is very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients: Water, cassava starch, EGG, edible oil (sunflower and corn), cheese (MILK), dehydrated potato (SULFITES), skimmed MILK powder, salt. GLUTEN-FREE.
Allergens: contains EGGS, LACTOSE and SULPHITES. May contain traces of SOYA.
