Within this new branch, our first launch was Couscous. Originating from the north of Africa, its produced from the semolina of durum-wheat which is then prepared, steam-boiled and dried. It is a product that’s well known for its versatile and quick cooking process; satisfying all tastes. You can serve it cold or hot, as a starter, a salad, a side-dish, a main course, or even dessert!
