CHARACTERISTICS
Butelo is a smoked regional product made from pork meat (tender bones), stuffed in pork intestine or bladder.
CONSUMPTION SUGGESTION
Cook in plenty of water for about 30 minutes or roast in the oven or on the coals and consume with cooked greens, skins, better known as chasubles or dried bean pods.
