Sangiovese grapes (90%), Canaiolo Nero (maximum 10%) and Malvasia del Chianti (maximum 5%). The harvest is carried out strictly by hand with a careful selection of the healthiest and most mature bunches. Respecting tradition, it is vinified and then aged in oak barrels for a period of about 14 months followed by refinement in the bottle. Intense ruby red color tending to garnet.
