Healthy, tasty and nutritious, Tapioca Granum goes well at any time of day and can be filled with your favourite flavour, whether sweet, salty or bittersweet! Gluten free, lactose free, sodium free, cholesterol free.
Preparation:
- Add 5 tablespoons (2,8oz) of tapioca in a medium frying pan and spread with the spoon. Don't use oil or water. Sieve the flour for a more even pancake.
- Cook over low heat for 2 minutes until it takes the shape of a pancake.
- Add a filling of choice: the tapioca is versatile so you can opt for sweet or savoury. Fold it in half or like a burrito. Enjoy!
Storage: Keep in a cool, ventilated place, protected from sunlight. After opening keep in the refrigerator for up to 15 days.
