Preparation:
1. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 250ml (1/4 liter) of boiling water.
2. Stir until the powder is well dissolved.
3. Add 250ml (1/4 liter) of cold water and stir again.
4. Place in a mold and place in the fridge until it reaches consistency.
To unmold:
1. Immerse the mold in warm water for a few seconds.
2. Slowly release the gelatin using a spatula.
3. Carefully return the pan to a plate.
Once prepared, store in the refrigerator.
