Branca de Neve Almond Cake Mix
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, almonds, grated (10%), emulsifier (E420 (i), E472b, E477), leavening (disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate), glucose syrup, soy flour, stabilizer (E450), salt and aroma.
It contains gluten, almonds and soy.
May contain traces of egg and milk products.
Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet cake mix, 4 eggs, 100 g margarine, 1 dl milk. (All ingredients should be at room temperature, use preferably medium size eggs).
1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and grease a 24cm cake tin.
2. In a bowl, add the eggs, margarine and milk to the cake mix. Whisk together with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into the cake tin.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked.
Remove from the oven and turn it out after some minutes.
