From respect for nature, the new Seleção Bio line was born - 100% organic wines from Adega Mayor. The new Seleção Bio come from organic vineyards with minimal human intervention. A straw-yellow wine, with a clear and bright appearance. Aromatically pure, it suggests white-fleshed fruit, quince, reineta apple and orange peel, wrapped in mineral notes of resin and wet clay. A wine that opens the senses to nature.
Wine with a clear appearance and lemon yellow colour. The nose is dominated by the freshness of sweet citrus, lime and grapefruit wrapped in complexity and purity of the white flower and the green apple. The mouth suggests minerality, with perfect acidity. Broad and structured, it ends in a pleasant herbaceous “brake”, which cleanses the palate and invites us to continue.
A good companion to a sardine grilled in bread, a fresh gazpacho or an uncomplicated ham and melon tapa.
