Of Celtic origin, the Bísaro pig is freely raised in the field in a 100% natural way. Food is traditional, with chestnut and cereals (barley, corn, wheat and rye). It is distinguished by the unmistakable flavour and fine texture of the intramuscular fat that makes it marbled, soft and juicy.
